The Conference will combine the scientific program with an industrial exhibition which will be held next to the plenary room together with the coffee breaks and the lunch buffets, from Monday 16 to Thursday 19 September 2019.
Companies and organizations are invited to present their products, services and the latest developments in the fields of surface treatment, materials, coatings, surface analysis, imaging and microscopy, vacuum systems.
This free access exhibition is aimed at providers of research equipment and materials, publishers working in the scientific community and employers of science graduates.
The exhibition will opened on Monday noon and closed on Thursday afternoon. The exhibition opening reception will take place on Monday 16 September 18:00-20:30 within the exhibition area.

Your order does not contain a firm stand (no back wall, no side walls). We recommend ordering booth building. Orders for system stands, additional stand equipment, a customized booth etc. can be obtained with the service manual about 4 months before the conference (extra costs).
Rules and regulation
Space assignment will be made on a first come, first served basis. Wherever possible, space will be allotted according to the exhibitor’s choice, but the final arrangement will be determined by Intercom in such a way as to produce the most advantageous grouping of the exhibition. There is no claim for a special exhibition space. There is no guarantee to any specific stand area within the exhibition area.
Applications for space must be received by July 31, 2019 to be listed in the exhibition publication. Intercom reserves the right to short-term changes.
After the receipt of your application form your application is binding. In case of a cancellation Intercom is allowed to charge a cancellation fee to the amount of 50% of the ordered services. In case of a cancellation after April 30, 2019 there will be no refund.
